PLEASE OBSERVE OUR SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(SOME RULES ARE IN PLACE DUE TO LOCAL BYE LAWS OR OUR OPERATING LICENCE)

  1. On arrival, please register at the Reception Office. Day visitors must also register at the Reception.

  2. Pitches will be vacated by 11.30am.

  3. Early or late arrivals, please park in area provided.

  4. Only one motor vehicle per pitch. Any additional vehicles must be booked with reception and parked in the car park.

  5. Please observe the 5mph speed limit around site. If returning to site after 11pm, leave your car in the car park as barriers are locked. Please return to your pitch quietly, thank you.

  6. A late stay can be booked for £5 - if the pitch is not required. Enquire at reception on day of departure.

  7. Only one tent per pitch. Unless the appropriate surcharge has been paid, no pup tent is permitted on a caravan/motorhome pitch in addition to an awning, or no awning is permitted in addition to a pup tent. Please lift groundsheets everyday or use ‘breathable’ groundsheets

  8. Chemical  toilet and grey waste to be emptied only at the appropriate disposable point.

  9. Laundry to be hung out in a discreet manner.

  10. Music, televisions and radios should be used considerately at all times.

  11. We ask  for absolute quiet between the hours of 11pm – 7am.

  12. Purpose build barbeques are allowed, as long as they do not annoy others and are off the ground. Disposable BBQ’s are allowed only if raised off the ground with bricks which you will find on site. Please return when finished with.

  13. Due to a bye law of the licence OPEN FIRES AND BURNING OF WOOD IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.

  14. We regret no caravans or motor homes over 10 metres in length can be accommodated.

  15. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES can be accepted.

  16. Sorry, no pets allowed (other than those associated with the management). We will allow Assistance Dogs, provided the dog accompanies the disabled person it is to aid, or assist.

  17. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians and must be under their supervision at all times.

  18. For health and safety reasons, children under 5 years of age should not be in the shower/toilet block unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible person of adult age.

  19. In consideration of others, the lack of a separate playing field and to prevent damage to caravans and tents, only ball games using balls of a sponge type (as sold in the shop), or games such as swingball, or boules are permitted.

  20. The management reserve the right to ask anyone to leave, if they consider that they are in breach of any of the regulations. No refund will be given.

  21. The proprietors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the visitors property by fire or theft, nor injury to persons whilst on the park.
